I am building a fence and was told I need a survey. Is that true?
Yes and no. While each and every case is different, it is our experience that in most situations, the fence builders just need the property corners found or set. Some fence builders also like to have the property line(s) staked.
I have a property line dispute! Can you help?
Yes! As a Georgia registered land surveying company, we can help solve boundary and property line disputes. It is our responsibility as surveyors to be an impartial third party that collects data and evidence to reflect what is legally recorded and/or monumented.
What does it mean to work by retainer?
Just like most other professional services, our firm works by retainer. Upon speaking with you and gathering data about your project, we will provide you with an estimate of what it will cost to complete your project. That estimate is based upon our experience with similar projects and the time and expertise that your project will require to be completed. Please be aware, unforeseen tasks, municipality requirements, etc. may arise and are not typically covered under the retainer.
Upon acceptance of your estimate, you will be sent a retainer request. Once the retainer has been satisfied, your project will be scheduled. In the event that the retainer is exhausted, an hourly fee will apply. Please refer to your proposal for these rates.
